Once tracking has been added, contact support before sending anything back. We will review the order status and provide next steps where eligible.
Items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when a return is approved.
For safety and hygiene, worn items, damaged-by-use items, and items without approval may not be eligible for return.
