How do I track my order?

Use your account order page or the guest Order lookup page. Once our team adds tracking, the carrier and tracking number will appear on your order details.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be requested for cancellation before shipment. After tracking information has been added, the order is already moving through fulfillment and you should contact support.

What currency do you use?

The storefront currently displays and charges in USD for customer-facing checkout.

How should I care for jewelry?

Keep pieces dry, avoid perfume or lotion directly on the finish, and store them separately in a soft pouch when not in use.
